Long Island Matchmaking unconditionally guarantees that you are 100% satisfied with our efforts at any time during our service period or we will refund the balance of your fee (prorated based on services already utilized) no questions asked.

No penalties, no negativity, no drama, no stress. We have never referred any client to an attorney and we have never had any client request a refund or express dissatisfaction with our efforts. Our agreement do not have any clause that prevents negative reviews yet we have never had one, and their is NO penalty or threat to penalize any member for expressing their satisfaction or dissatisfaction of our services. If you are seeking the services of any matchmaker we encourage you to read the agreement carefully and if you identify anything resembling a penalty for expressing your experience run do not walk away.
